I have not received any call from this reviewer about any vehicle enquiry or delivery. Maybe the reviewer can reply to this to mention which vehicle he called for and exact name of company. Any vehicle we sell we prefer buyers to come and test drive and if they do prefer delivery we always send a fully detailed video prior to any discussion of delivery. We have been selling vehicles over 25 years and DO NOT rush any customer to buy.

After visiting several dealerships in search of a reliable used car, Midland Trade Center stood out as the best by far. I recently bought a 2016 Toyota Auris from them, and the whole experience was fantastic.The staff were genuinely friendly, patient, and professional. Unlike other places, they didn’t pressure us at all — instead, they offered honest advice and outstanding customer service. One of the things that really impressed me was that they even delivered the car to my home at no extra charge, which made the process so convenient.The car came with a warranty, adding extra peace of mind, and everything was clearly explained from start to finish. I can confidently say this was the most positive car buying experience I’ve had.Highly recommend Midland Trade Center to anyone looking for great cars and even better service!

From the initial phone call to driving away it was a pleasant & pleasurable experience all round ! No pushy sales talk ! Very friendly & helpful sales men, vehicle was as described. Got greeted with smiles & left even happier ! Highly recommend theese guys at midlands trade centre & I will for sure be buying my next vehicle from theese guys ! Many thanks folks

Under no circumstances should anyone buy a car from The Trade Centre UK I got mine only a few weeks ago and ever since I've been trying to get some issues with it fixed. Theres a 28day guarantee and After sales but they both might as well not exist, they never answer their phones, they don't respond to voice mails or emails. I had to drive to the centre just to get a diagnostic booked, then had to actually book it in for the work to be done. They said they'd call when it was ready, they never did, over 24 hours later I had to go back in only to be told that they hadn't ordered the parts in! Told me my options were to leave it and "they'd call me when it was ready" or I could take it away and book it in later but the only slots were 10 days away! I've had to go into the after sales department 3 times now and every time it's been full of people all with the similar stories, not a single person has a good word to say about this place!

Went to view a BMW, the sales man was very upfront and straightforward with it, took it for a test drive and was well pleased, never had any issues with it, my son has a driving test next month, hopefully will pass and I’ll buy him a car from this dealership

I bought a car here that had a problem with the transmission. the salesperson on the phone didn't say anything about it. I was traveling from London. when I came to the seller, he said that the car was in good condition. after I bought the car, I went to London to a local dealer for service, and there it turned out that the car had a problem with the gearbox. it cost me a lot to repair this car

I have to disagree. The vehicle sold was an Audi q5 that was listed for sale with the intermittent gearbox fault mentioned clearly in the advert listing and £2000 price reduced for that reason. In addition, this was fully explained to the buyer prior to purchase. The copy of the advert is on the autotrader archives and i have copy and pasted it below. ..... Sorry, the 20 year old car that you purchased was below your expectations and standards. We always test drive the cars and show all the major components of the vehicle working in front of the buyer. This includes gearbox and electrics etc. Transparency is very crucial to our business model. As vehicles reach 20 years of age and over 100,000 miles its only reasonable to expect some wear and tear has taken place. A
